I had asked I and my wife both wants to get consultation from Dr. Rajiv Raut and they said yes, you will be consulted by dr. Rajeev only. We was happy that time. When I visited hospital I wait for around 2 hour and after that assistant dr. Checked my wife and me, they suggested do the heavy exercise and apply suncream for except everything okay.. Junior was testing my eyes with lenses which were giving bad results every try and finally she concluded your existing glasses are prefect so no need to change.I told her, when I checked with len**kart which was showing me perfectly with their lenses so what happened with your lenses.(I have to get confirmed about eye number from opthalmologist instead of len**skat). However, important thing is when you have taken a appointment for Dr. Rajeev and your check up has been done by assistance doctor with wrong consultation without any Eye numbers.. this is same experience also got my wife as well. For this entertainment we paid 950 Rs. Each..Do not visit this hospital. Waste of money and time. They should have tell me this when I called for appointment as we will get checked up with assistance doctor not Dr. Rajeev.. If Dr. Rajeev's time is important that doesn't meant we will have hell lot of time to waste time to come your hospital and check by assistance doctor with 950rs which is costly and 2 hrs of circus.Reply on response -1. No one informed us prior to 30min and while doing check up and we were waiting for turn to meat dr. Rajeev.2. Every big hospital, every doctor checked one by one for learning and experience then final doctor also checked as per appointment if not then pateint consent is important as per doctor's practice rules.2. Dr. Roopali is a good and experienced doctor which no one can be denied, however, We should have informed and taken consent from us..India chal jata hai..please don't behave like this..we are taking time from our busy schedule..4. There was a typo mistake, fees were 900rs.for each instead of 950 rs.***Take away from feedback **1. I think, the Hospital should take this feedback in a positive way and work on this..I always give responses as per incident happened.2. I underwent Femtosecond Lasik Contura surgery from this clinic two months ago. My consulting doctor was Dr Kumud Raut, and she was very supportive all along the process. I had many doubts regarding the procedure because I was suffering from a very high number myopia as well as astigmatism. However, Dr Kumud guided me from the very beginning by explaining all the details of the procedure and addressing each of my concerns and doubts. She has a very reassuring and professional approach, and I could not have asked for a better service. The surgery itself was quite short, and the staff who were present for both the surgery and the pre-surgery prepping were very helpful and professional. After 25 years, I finally have no number and no need for glasses or contacts! I visited the clinic in May 2023. They immediately identified the problem and did a retina scan . Within 5 days I had a Barrage Laser treatment done in both eyes by Dr Romit Salian.
