Cataract surgeries of both my eyes have been done by dr. Ranjeev Raut. I have found his competence to my total satisfaction. His clinic is well organised . He has an eye for minute details. Dr Raut did my wife’s cataract operation on 20-10-2022. Although all patients are assigned a doctor for pre and post operation services, we were surprised to see Dr Raut going around the well equipped examination hall checking all patients personally. After peering in my wife’s eye he told the assigned doctor to remove 2 bits of hair from my wife’s eye. He said to my wife the hair bits might irritate your eye. On our second visit after the operation it was so nice to hear Dr. Raut say ‘perfect’ after examining the operated eye. The optometrists are efficient and dedicated to their work so also the supporting staff. A case in point; my wife was so pleased with the sr. nurse who provided pre and post operation services, that she wanted to give her a tip. But the sister vehemently refused to accept anything. Absolutely love how understanding Dr. Kumud Raut is. The only place where I have not been told about only the process of getting a surgery, but rather they insist on educating about how the eye functions and the importance of having a healthy eye before any surgery. Firstly a special thanks to Dr Aditya raut sir . I went for my lasik eye surgery in the month of June . He explained me the entire producer and because my cornea was thin . He decided to do to a surgery which will be abit painful. On the day of surgery he made me feel so relax and the entire surgery took almost 5 min and he explained me all the medicines and drops I needed to take after surgery. After coming back home I was doing better but as it was painful surgery he called me the same day just to ask if me if I’m doing okay . After that I faced many problems during this 2 months because of my thin cornea but DR Aditya said we will treat you until you get back to normal and I’ll happily treat you each day . I used to visit him twice a week for almost two months and he always welcomed me with a big smile on his face . He was always active on what’s app and use to ask me if I’m doing better.. he was literally one call and message away .I wasn’t worried about my eyes because I knew he is the best doctor and I trusted him alot . I cannot thank him enough to be such a big support to me when I was at my worst .Having doctors like him makes all the pain go away. I was blessed beyond to be treated under such a great great doctor. I still remember dr said me “ you can come everyday still we don’t get your eyes back to normal . I’m doing much much better now . My mother was operated by Dr. Rajeev Raut for cataract. From the moment we set foot into his clinic, we knew we were in good hands. The professional conduct by the staff and all the doctors present is fantastic. Every thing is explained in detail and you are walked through all procedures through a video/explanation, making you very comfortable with the overall process being followed. I visited the Clinic for a follow up visit with my Father. Extremely impressive with their organized scheduling, coordination across departments, personalized attention of the doctors, attendants and extremely polite, empathetic staff of doctors. I also chose the opportunity to do a quick check up for my vision during the visit, which was very promptly attended to and addressed while having my father attended to, at the same time. Everything seemed very state of the art in terms of equipment and technology. Only area i want them to improve on is the seating arrangement and replace the headrest for seating against the wall, with cushions instead of the metal plates.Extremely impressive and i do hope they continue to stay consistent with their concern and care for all those who come to them for 'eye care'.
