I have been visiting Dr. Raut’s eye clinic as a child. My doctor, Dr. Bhargav has always been exceptionally attentive and one of the best in this field. He has an eye for details & will make you feel at utmost comfort. He has always given me the best medication and the best result whether it’s an eye infection or inflammation. I underwent Femtosecond Lasik Contura surgery from this clinic two months ago. My consulting doctor was Dr Kumud Raut, and she was very supportive all along the process. I had many doubts regarding the procedure because I was suffering from a very high number myopia as well as astigmatism. I had asked I and my wife both wants to get consultation from Dr. Rajiv Raut and they said yes, you will be consulted by dr. Rajeev only. We was happy that time. When I visited hospital I wait for around 2 hour and after that assistant dr. Checked my wife and me, they suggested do the heavy exercise and apply suncream for except everything okay.. Junior was testing my eyes with lenses which were giving bad results every try and finally she concluded your existing glasses are prefect so no need to change.I told her, when I checked with len**kart which was showing me perfectly with their lenses so what happened with your lenses.(I have to get confirmed about eye number from opthalmologist instead of len**skat). However, important thing is when you have taken a appointment for Dr. Rajeev and your check up has been done by assistance doctor with wrong consultation without any Eye numbers.. this is same experience also got my wife as well. For this entertainment we paid 950 Rs. Each..Do not visit this hospital. Waste of money and time. They should have tell me this when I called for appointment as we will get checked up with assistance doctor not Dr. Rajeev.. If Dr. Rajeev's time is important that doesn't meant we will have hell lot of time to waste time to come your hospital and check by assistance doctor with 950rs which is costly and 2 hrs of circus.Reply on response -1. No cashless facility which is still acceptable but bill preparation from Rathore mam was not accurate. She gave wrong bill because of which mediclaim got rejected.We had to repeatedly visit the clinic to rectify for their mistakes. Worst part they don't accept anything. Best eye hospital in Pune !!I had a severe infection in my left eye, my eye was blood red and I had severe photophobia due to which I could not even open my left eye. I visited a couple of nearby ophthalmologist in Wagholi area and was misdiagnosed by TWO doctors and was prescribed incorrect medicines/eye drops and heavy doses of steroids, which as expected didn’t work. Dr Raut did my wife’s cataract operation on 20-10-2022. Although all patients are assigned a doctor for pre and post operation services, we were surprised to see Dr Raut going around the well equipped examination hall checking all patients personally. After peering in my wife’s eye he told the assigned doctor to remove 2 bits of hair from my wife’s eye. He said to my wife the hair bits might irritate your eye. Firstly a special thanks to Dr Aditya raut sir . I went for my lasik eye surgery in the month of June . He explained me the entire producer and because my cornea was thin . He decided to do to a surgery which will be abit painful. On the day of surgery he made me feel so relax and the entire surgery took almost 5 min and he explained me all the medicines and drops I needed to take after surgery. After coming back home I was doing better but as it was painful surgery he called me the same day just to ask if me if I’m doing okay . After that I faced many problems during this 2 months because of my thin cornea but DR Aditya said we will treat you until you get back to normal and I’ll happily treat you each day . I used to visit him twice a week for almost two months and he always welcomed me with a big smile on his face . He was always active on what’s app and use to ask me if I’m doing better.. he was literally one call and message away .I wasn’t worried about my eyes because I knew he is the best doctor and I trusted him alot . I cannot thank him enough to be such a big support to me when I was at my worst .Having doctors like him makes all the pain go away. The professional conduct by the staff and all the doctors present is fantastic. Every thing is explained in detail and you are walked through all procedures through a video/explanation, making you very comfortable with the overall process being followed.
